Q2: Can I dye my hair? What should I pay attention to?

A2: In addition to #613, our hair can also be dyed darker, but you need to dye your hair professionally. It is best to have your hair stylist accompanied.

Because human hair loses nutrients after leaving the body, it is easy to dry.

Please do not dye your hair or re-styling at will, otherwise it will seriously damage your hair.

Q3: Why does my hair loosen after washing?

A3: Wavy/curly hair is made of steam without any chemicals, so the texture will be looser after use.

Please understand us, we do this to keep the hair alive longer.

Q4: Why do gray halos appear in the hair strands?

A4: Virgin undyed hair will have some gray hair or hair ends in it. This is normal and not a quality problem. We usually collect hair carefully during the production process, but we cannot guarantee 100% hair without gray or split ends, you can pick it out by yourself.
